Any orders received before 1pm will be dispatched on our 24 hour delivery service using either DPD or Royal Mail. UK orders will incur an additional flat fee of £4 for postage. However, any orders from Northern Ireland, the Scottish Highlands, Isle of Mann, Isle of Wight and the Channel Islands may incur higher postage fees due to the additional distance. These locations are not included in our 24 hour delivery service. If there any any extra costs we will notify the customer immediately.
Orders from the EU will incur an additional £10 to cover postage costs.
For all international orders to the rest of the world, a delivery fee of £15 will be added. However, if there any excessive delivery costs above the initial £15 we may ask the customer to pay any additional postage cost.
All online purchases and delivery fees are in pounds sterling.
All transactions are completely secure through Secpay and PayPal. This will require you to follow the register protocol but it will offer complete confidence in purchasing online. Once registered, you will see a padlock symbol on the bottom right of browser which ensures all transactions are secure and details will only be seen at elementsclothing.co.uk.
For any direct Paypal purchases please forward money to firstname.lastname@example.org via your Paypal account.
The contract of purchase is only valid once the order has been dispatched.
Refunds and exchanges
Elementsclothing.co.uk is happy to exchange, offer store credit or a full refund on goods bought online within 14 days of receipt. If your order is unsuitable then please return the item(s) to us in immaculate condition with all swing sales tickets and proof of purchase.
Please note that we cannot take responsibility for returned goods in transit to elementsclothing.co.uk until they have reached us. Ensure that you use a delivery service that insures to the value of the garment. Goods will be signed for on receipt and a refund, credit note and/or exchange will be processed immediately.
We cannot issue a refund for the cost of postage on returned goods.
